Within the terms of reference of such projects, we have represented investors in the process of land acquisition and conducted property surveys in the Lubelskie and Mazowieckie Voivodships. We have also assisted in real estate purchases and  represented investors in administrative and court-administrative proceedings concerning the issuance of decision on land development and management conditons, building permit and in the matters related to the exercising of the building supervision by the authorities and before the local authorities during the course of modifying physical development plans.
We have provided comprehensive legal services concerning building investments and helped shape viable business relations amount the participating parties.  This entailed negotiating, drafting legal opinion and contracts concerning design work and building works as well as contracts with public utilities making sure that the whole relevant documentation is error free. When required, we also advised on the matters of environmental protection and health and safety regulations.
In addition to the above, we also assist in drafting lease or sublease  tenancy agreements , contracts establishing rights to separate property, contracts loan for use, or agreement of limited rights in rem.
